The current downtown scene includes numerous trees, benches, and lamp posts, that will hold holiday and civic decorations. To tie Buchanan Vivant closer to the landscape of Jefferson Street many of these similar features have been duplicated. Sidewalk pavement options will also be similar to that of Jefferson street by using sidewalk pavers in the general surrounding areas of the building and for the main path of travel on the southward and westward side treatments that allow for up lighting will be used.
